Lunch: 12:30 - 1:30 There will be a wonderful selection of food to purchase from Magnolia. Check out the website here. www.magnoliacatering.ca The on-site caterer. We will provide lots of local, organic vegitarian and veggan offerings.
Sprouting Life will provide Smoothies and Green Things will provide green drinks and other edible goodies. Please lug a mug. We want to generate as little waste as possible! We will have ceramic mugs at the conference too if you forget yours.
The Experience Health Conference is a one day event which offers music, movement, learning, and inspiration!
The day is filled with live musical performers, visual artists demonstrating and teaching their craft, dancers and martial artists sharing their magic and ability, and healers who offer skills and knowledge to help us enjoy healthy lives and a healthy planet.
The participants will experience health while listening, seeing and learning about how our lives can be enhanced through the arts and a deep connection to the natural world. This day will truly be a retreat for the mind, mind, spirit, and the senses.
